The Model 40530P-AD is a particulate removing spin-on filters with 30 micron cellulose media which is recommended for gasoline and heavier distillates such as diesel fuel and fuel oils. The 40530P-AD utilizes a standard 1.5 -16 UNF mounting thread 1 inch flow required for today's high flow fuel dispensers. The 40530P-AD is a particulate removing spin-on filters designed for use on high flow fuel dispensers. It utilizes an epoxy coated interior shell to eliminate oxidation which can cause pin-hole leaks from the inside. PetroClear filters are not to be used with aviation fuels. The 40530P-AD is a particulate spin-on filters that are compatible for use with alcohol blended fuels with 15% maximum alcohol. These filters are for particulate removal only and will not react to water. It offers efficient 10 micron nominal particulate removal. Phase separation will not be detected should it occur.
