The Allied Wireless Forecourt In-Dispenser Unit offers secure and reliable local wireless networking connectivity to Gilbarco fuel dispensers and in-dispenser card readers with an installed Omnia interface board.
In conjunction with the Allied Wireless Access Point (AE58AP) these units interface directly with Gilbarco fuel dispensers, retail POS systems, and forecourt controllers – providing ample bandwidth for premium forecourt solutions.
This wired and wireless network communication offers an EMV upgrade connection solution without the need to excavate and/or rewire the forecourt.
Communication transmissions utilize a proprietary protocol combined with encryption technology and segmented networking for a truly secure connection.
Each AE584SU-G-O Gilbarco Wireless In-Dispenser Unit has a communication range of up to ½ of a mile and provides a multi-purpose four port ethernet VLAN switch for speed and accessibility.
