This policy covers any and all materials ordered in error, shipped in error or excess stock returns.

Approval from Allied Parts Department must be secured prior to return of parts. Acceptance of material will be at the sole discretion of Allied Parts Department. Upon approval, Allied parts must be returned to the Bristol, PA facility with a RMA number (Return Material Authorization). Call our parts department at 215.785.6200 to obtain your RMA number.

All returned material must be identified with RMA number on outside of box and all shipping charges must be prepaid.

All material must be returned with proper documentation and a copy of original invoice.

Parts must be identified with the part number, if not, it will be returned at customer’s expense.

All material must be returned properly packed and wrapped. All circuit boards must be returned in static-safe packaging. If not, it will be returned at customer’s expense.

Items not returnable: Items painted to customer specifications (doors, panels, dials etc.) or items special ordered for customers will not be accepted. Also, items with short shelf life, (e.g. batteries, o-rings, ribbon, thermal paper and gaskets).

Allied does not offer any annual or excess stock parts return programs.

All Material will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (based on the list price).
