Casey's to be EMV Ready
With the 2020 EMV deadline approaching for pay-at-pump, Casey's General Stores has wisely started upgrading to EMV-ready equipment from long-time partner Gilbarco. This is no small task for a company with nearly 2k locations!
Fortunately for Casey's, these sites already have the powerful NeXGen Forecourt Controller which will be EMV-ready and certified by the end of the year on Gilbarco's E700 and FlexPay IV platforms.
The equipment Gilbarco is installing in advance of the EMV deadline also works in non-EMV mode with the NeXGen and Aegis controllers. In fact, Gilbarco relied heavily on Allied's engineering group early on to help qualify the various FlexPay platforms for truck stop and travel plaza customers.
When it comes to Allied's EMV upgrades, no costly site visits will be necessary. Simply download the new software and a few accompanying files remotely over the course of a few minutes and you"™ll be all set!
With Allied, EMV is stress free!
